You can upload a company logo to appear at the top left of your community. We recommend that your logo is no larger than 170 pixels wide and 42 pixels high.

You can upload a custom banner to appear along the top of your community. We recommend that your banner is 948 pixels wide and 130 pixels high.

The height is in pixels. Choose "auto" to match the height of your banner.

Preview the new Crowdicity today

Between 9th November 2015 and 1st February 2016, we are giving community administrators the option to preview Crowdicity's new look with selected members of their community.

Using the Preview Tool

This 'preview' tool allows you and your invited users to try out the new Crowdicity on your community.

Users can be invited individually, or as a group using the feature below.

Once you have selected the users you wish to you in the preview, select 'Enabled' in the drop down menu and then click the save button at the bottom of the page.

Don't forget to add your own name to list!

Switch to the new Crowdicity today

Between 9th November 2015 and 1st February 2016, we are giving community administrators the option to switch between Crowdicity’s new and current design - as many times as desired.

Using the Switch Over Tool

PLEASE NOTE: Switching over to the new Crowdicity design will make the new Crowdicity available for all your users. If you wish to 'preview' the new Crowdicity first, please use the 'preview tool' here.

To switch over to the new Crowdicity on your community select the 'Enabled' option and in the dropdown menu below and then click 'Save Changes'.

You can switch back and forth between the new and current design any time between now and 1 February 2016, at which point only the new design will be available.
